It all started in a small corner of Calamba, Laguna...

 

Nid's B'alot 'n Bilao serves affordable, uniquely Filipino dishes. The
brand started in 1997 with a small, busy, local diner in Calamba,
Laguna serving only B'alot sa Dahon, Lugaw, Pancit, and Tapsilog
dishes. By the next year another Laguna branch opened, and succeeding
branches opened in Batangas, Quezon City, Manila, and Mandaluyong.

Today there are 9 branches serving a complete range of foods and
desserts, including All Time Favorites such as Kare Kare and Sinigang.
Bestsellers are iresistable comfort foods like Pork Adobo, Beef Steak
Pinoy, and Spicy Sisig. Some customers prefer to just enjoy our Halo
Halo, Mini Buko Pie, and a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Parties enjoy
sharing "Party Packs sa Bilao" (you can choose from a wide range of
foods available for parties - such Adobong Liempo, Lumpia Shanghai,
Spicy Spareribs), and Pancit sa Bilao.

Nid's B'alot sa Dahon strives to make each customer's dining
experience special, "Sulit na, Masarap pa!". Be it dine-in - in our
distinctly native yet contemporary settings; or delivery - with foods
carefully prepared to maintain its yummy quality.
